.PT has developed a project for the implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) to accelerate the response to cyber security incidents and threats. The work of the Security Operations Center is based on the prevention and the ability to detect risks and threats, as well as reducing the duration and impact of security incidents that exploit, deny, degrade or disrupt the systems required for the normal business operations.

.PT and National Cybersecurity Centre launch Webcheck.pt

DNS.PT Association, the manager of the Portuguese top-level domain .pt, and the National Cybersecurity Centre, the national authority specialized in cybersecurity, provide webcheck.pt, an online platform that allows users to verify, in real time, the level of compliance of an internet domain and an e-mail with the latest standards for secure communication between systems.

ComercioDigital.pt

ComércioDigital.pt is a joint initiative of ACEPI, the Confederation of Commerce and Services of Portugal and .PT, which has the support of the Ministry of Economy and aims to promote the first online presence of 50.000 Portuguese companies of commerce and services. One of the initiatives under this program, which involves the .PT, is the 3em1 Comércio (a website development tool, e-mails and a .pt domain, all free for one year). .pt at the Communications Museum

.pt recognized as a milestone in the history of communications in Portugal.

.pt has signed a protocol of collaboration with the Portuguese Communications Foundation, on December 19, 2018, which translates into the presentation of an interactive structure that marks the 30 years of the Portuguese ccTLD in the Communications Museum.
