From March 1 to April 30, all individuals and collective entities wishing to register a constituted right that they own, may do so.
These are the accepted rules and examples:

Name of the Registrant
If the base is the name of the registrant, the domain name may coincide integrally or be formed by at least two names in the title, a proper name and a surname.

National Registry of Collective Persons
If the base is the collective the person name, the name of the domain may coincide entirely or be an abbreviation or acronym
IMPORTANT NOTE: We accept all dully constituted rights (applications for registration of rights will not be accepted).
FCCN will request proof where necessary, which must be made within 48 hours after notification.
